I always understood front edge to be the flat bit, corner not quite the front edge so no free slide.

Just got to convince the wife this is an ideal holiday location….. Hard enough convincing someone to have a nice trip to Bakewell for the day.

No idea if it would throw out other scores but leave scoring as it was and if winner scores less points than the loser they swap scores.

Having been involved in a number of Naval invasions on "Enemy Towns" one very good defence strategy is to ensure several bars are located between the dock and centre of the town. Only rarely will the "Invader" make it to the heart of the town.

The Hail Caesar supplement Britania has several scenarios, not sure how historically accurate they are. Germania and the Gaul supplements also have scenarios that could be scaled to DBA.

I stick to 15mm bases cos that is how mine are based. 20mm may make more sense as it keeps recoiling foot lined up with lighter troops.
You may even get to stick more troops on a 20mm base it make it look like a real mob of solid foot.

I know, just after I ordered £30’s worth. Sell em on Ebay for a tenner, you can then order again to get the discount.

...the problem with napoleonic-TT is that your opponents are all napoleonic-experts that knows who did attack where or depending of the rules a french army is always as superior... ...so i prefer 7YW period... I assure you some of us are as thick as we are wide. Dont get me wrong I know our German allies helped us by crushing the Spanish at Trafalgar and Wellington threw the French back at Borodino. In fact I think one of the Barclays brothers made his name in Russia.
