One of the organisers of Colours show, 14th September, Newbury UK has been in touch discussing the possibility of a Hott tournament at the event. Competition entrants would get four or five games over the day, from around 10 a.m., and would (I believe) get free admission to the show.
If I were to run one, who might be interested in playing, please ? I could do with a rough idea of levels of interest.
And if there was a choice between 15mm games (or 40mm frontage bases on a 2’ board, to be more accurate) and 25/28mm games (or 60mm frontage bases on a 3’ board), which would those who might attend prefer?
Still early days with planning, but trying to get a feel for what ‘might be’…

Hi Hott persons. We have plenty of interest and the go ahead from the organisers, so there WILL be a Hott tournament at the Colours show, Newbury UK, 14th September.
It will be a five round open event, with about an hour per game. Alternative Armies have kindly agreed to provide some sponsorship.
Full details will follow in a few months, and I’ll be taking names for the event, to allow a list of the players to be held at the entrance desk.
Cheers for now
Martin
