Hi
I'm about to start playing - mainly solo - with 25mm figures on a 90cm board. This is a bit smaller than I'd like but I've limited room in my 'man cave'...
I recall someone posted about a rule for fleeing Light Cavalry where they don't flee their full move distance but I can't remember the detail neither can I find the post now.
Can anyonme else who remembers point me in the right direction...
Thanks
Chris

I can’t find exactly what you are looking for. Perhaps it was something like these:- LH ‘Breaking Off : fanaticus.boards.net/thread/2840/reactions LH Voluntary Recoil: fanaticus.boards.net/thread/3482/voluntary-recoils-lh As for simulating a larger table, try this out:- “Fleeing elements that have travelled at least half of their fleeing move halt if they touch a table base-edge (they already turn to go down table side-edges).” For example, LH must flee 4 BW. If it’s initial 2 BW fleeing move takes if off a table base-edge, then too bad, it is lost. If it has already fled 2 BW, then it will halt at a table base-edge in the remaining 2 BW flee move. (In other words, half a flee move is compulsory, while the other half is only if there is enough space)This effectively simulates playing on a larger 19 BW square table instead of a 15 BW square one, and would apply to all fleeing elements, not just LH.
