So, Bow 1 could inflict shooting results on both the Bow 2 and Cav in the same bound? Or would the die roll for Bow 1 vs. Bow 2 only establish if Bow 1 has to make a resolution (recoil, die, stay put), while there is no affect of Bow 1 shooting at Bow 2 because it shot at the Cav first?!

For once, having co-workers distracted by their mobiles pays off! Too busy inter-webbing, texting, gramming, twittering, to notice a lost spearmen in the weeds. Beats having to buy a pack of 8 or 10 to replace 1 figure.

The Taming of the Dragon: Edward I and the Conquest of Wales by W. B. Bartlett, because Timurilank got me going with Welsh armies for DBA 3/III/19, which led me to consider Welsh history. Hardback, like new, with dust cover, for $1.99 + $3.99 shipping online.
Of course, now I need Anglo-Norman and Feudal English armies as well, then I might as well have a Scots Common army, and maybe a feudal French, or...!

Whose figures did you use in the end, Timur? Your army looks just how I picture the Welsh after the fall of Sub-Roman Britain (or would that be Briton?) Twelve elements of Welsh (1 x 3Bd general, 9 x 3Wb, 2 x Ps) are painted. Tomorrow, the detailing will be added to the figures, such as shield patterns and highlighting. Groundwork is planned for Monday so these will be ready for their first battle on Wednesday night (Gwynedd vs. Mercia).

Whatever happened to Sue's plan to release a separate campaign book?

I wonder why it was removed? Awfully difficult to achieve on a per stand basis without a lot of PIPs. Perhaps bring it back for Cv, LH, Ax, and Ps?

If you desire that level of tactic, then you might look at other games like DBMM.

Folks:
Did someone release a "Confused Praetorian" miniature after the cover of the DBA rules book?
Who released it and was it for a limited time only?
Thanks, Jeff

Is print on demand (POD) not available for hard back books? Seems like the most efficient way to meet demand without buying and stocking a large number of units.

Folks:
I need 1 command stand of 4 figures, but they are only sold in packs of 24 figures.
Anyone have 4 Old Glory 15s Early Anglo-Saxon Command Figures in their lead pile to sell?
Thank you, Jeff
