Thanks Tony. As we enter another lockdown in the UK it is nice to know that you guys are still playing. Pretty sure there is no stopping us at this point. Unless we get more than 6 players, which is what is happening tonight (just found out) so no filming of the games this week.

Tony, re the Dry Spell game against Scot, after you killed the Libyan general did you take account of the rule that states that all further Libyan moves required 2 PIPs?

Tony, re the Dry Spell game against Scot, after you killed the Libyan general did you take account of the rule that states that all further Libyan moves required 2 PIPs? Not sure if we missed it or not. All of us know that rule well since it isn't confusing. Lots of stuff to keep track of though including filming. It should be apparent if Scot did not expend an additional PIP in later moves.

Mitch and I play do a play through of the Battle of Aquae Sextiae using De Bellis Antiquitatis 3.0. www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nSIMQoGSFI&feature=youtu.beThis battle which took place in 102 BC between Marius and the Teutones was one of the four battles I ran at Hurricon 2015 in the Roman Art of War battle series using DBA 3.0. This battle has a pre-arranged starting position for both players and is not a straight 12 on 12 element game using DBA 3.0. We play this battle twice in this video with Mitch and I switching sides. Please like and subscribe for more DBA 3.0 content.

Another battle series from last night is up...the Riverdance. youtu.be/8efkX9aHvFoThis is a series of SIX DBA 3.0 Battles with the theme being that the armies had to place a river in each battle. You were free to pick any army, but Dry terrain type armies are not allowed because they could not place a river. Here are the players and armies they used. Joe Kohten II/39 Later Tang Scott Ludwig I/38 Libyan Egyptian Mitch Harbach III/57 Koryo Korean Tony Aguilar IV/58 Medieval Irish with III/78 Scots Isles ally If you are unfamiliar with the nuances of rivers in DBA 3.0 these games may be of interest to you. Mitch, Scott and I play a series of three DBA 3.0 games using the Collision Course mod developed by David Lawrence. youtu.be/S0pc36UEE8ACollision Course depicts two enemy forced in march columns that run into each other, as opposed to a set piece battle, and features a game within a game in how to deploy your troops since sometimes not all of them can come to bear. The Collision Course Mod can be found as a free download in the Files section on the DBA and DBA & HOTT Facebook pages. We decided to play using armies which had not seen Collision Course battles before on video. The players and armies they used are: Mitch Harbach II/3b Classical Indian Tony Aguilar IV/58 Medieval Irish Scott Ludwig I/4b Guti Great Revolt Don't forget to subscribe to my Youtube channel for more DBA goodness.

I do not have a facebook account, so if anyone has the Mod and are willing to send it to me, that would be great!
