Great games as ever. Mitch has been training that white dice and may have bribed the black dice.

Yet more entertainment and food for thought. Very well done chaps, you are maintaining a high standard and long may you continue. I agree that far east armies are fun to play.

Another enjoyable video series Tony, thanks for recording them.
All were interesting for various reasons. However, I particularly enjoyed the Medieval German clash with the Ottomans. The artillery facing each other was fascinating as were the fleeing light troops heading back and piling up at the camp.

Yay! Thanks guys. Good to see you back in production. Love the Armies! Another excellent video that I watched while deflashing some figures.
Because I was bored with a knife and a pile of 100+ figures I can tell you that although the Green Die is 1-0 it actually had roll average of 3.39 and was outperformed by the Commie Die at 3.64. So if Mitch gets that Red Die on sequence it could be a winner.

Interesting games, I wasn't expecting the Scythed chariot to last so long.😁

Tony - I’ll wait for you to post the links but have already done the stats for the Mediaeval Germans vs Ottomans game. The phrase “outrageously lucky” springs to mind. For me, tactically Mitch played a better game but as you both admit “dice beat tactics!” and boy did you have some good dice!

Just uploaded the first of three DBA 3.0 battles that Mitch and I played last night: Mithridates vs. Rome. youtu.be/ryb_kSwtZu4Enjoyed the game, and some great stuff in there, but a small point on the rules front was that there was illegal contact by the SCh first up on the flank around 28 mins in - needs to be ‘in front edge to side edge contact with front corners in contact, [otherwise] move does not happen’. Could just have wheeled group in to create this contact and had overlap on left flank too 😎 oh, and your Ps couldn’t close the door as he was in the SCh’ threat zone 😱 P

I think the reason he did not wheel is because he wanted his Aux to contact the blade as well in the same bound, so he had to move separately.
