Late call, but there's a Hott tournament, themed "1066 and All That" at Keresley Community Library, nr Coventry UK on Sunday- 10:15 registration, 10:45 first game. Run by the Coventry Scimitars club (Pete D et al). The tournaments are always 'fun and well run', a great combination. Further details on the Hott Yahoo group, or post here, and I'll elaborate. cheers Martin

Seven players for this one, with all from the "1066 and All That" book theme- One historical - only Normans (Tony Green), then Pete D's Anglo-Saxons with Harold (hero gen) and white dragon, Benedict's Hardraada army (inc 2 x gods and a hero berserker), my own Normans with a hero gen. and cleric Odo/Papal Banner (not much use...not a magician in sight all day!), Tim's very topical European Union (of Harold, Harald and William), Edward III and the All Black Prince (Neil) and 'A Wave of Saints' by Kev, featuring St Augustine (cleric general), St Bernard (behemoth), Sts Ive, Bee, Neot, Ebb, Kit and Kitt, spears, plus the Venemous Bede (sneaker)- stronghold was St Pancras (BR!!). Kev quite rightly won the best themed army prize, though as he commented to me, they had a poor run, and many became part of a Wave of Martyrs. Nice figures, from Donnington and Essex in the main. A fun and well run day, by Pete and the Coventry Scimitars club.

Were the army lists made into a booklet? Sorry, not sure what you’re asking? Martin
