Landwaster 2024 is on the horizon - you can see it as a warm up for Mr Battledamage's HeroCon
Under normal circumstances I would have waited until after MOAB to spuik Landwaster, but once again I will be travelling, this time to the UK for the Cold Ash Clash and Warfare 2024 giving me only a couple of days after I return to put the finishing touches on the event. So I have to be on the ball a little earlier and assail the forum and contact's inboxes.

Landwaster 2024 - The Stephe Webb Memorial DBA Challenge
When: Sunday 24th November
Where: Layon Vikings Club - Heidelberg St Conder Australian Capital Territory
Time: 11:00AM for player briefing - first game underway by 11:30AM
Cost: $20 with a range of discounts - most entrants will only need to pay $12

Landwaster is an open fixed list event for 15mm armies using DBA3
Scoring is the ACT Standard
Win --> 8 points (flat rate score)
Loss --> 1 point + 1 point per enemy element killed (max value = 3) + 1 point for killing a general + 1 point for captuing a camp or city
Draw --> 1 point per enemy element killed (max value = 3) + 1 point for killing a general + 1 point for captuing a camp or city
Prizes are awarded for 1st - 3rd AND for those outside the top 3
Executioner Award - most kills in a single game
Magister Militum Prize - highest adjusted score
Mithradates Trophy - most inproved on previous best Landwaster score
Scalphunter Award - most enemy generals killed
