Hello everyone can you tell me if there are lists based on the stories of Paul Edwin Zimmer (dark border saga)? Welcome to the Forum, I have not read the books, but some hints are mentioned in the Wiki page about Paul Edwin Zimmer. Scroll down to Background to the Dark Border series and you will find a description of key characters. A world divided by the forces of light and dark, dark forces include demons, vampires and goblins, all of which have lists in HOTT or Here There Be Dragons, a DBM fantasy variant. From the description, forces of light seem to include men and elves. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Edwin_ZimmerBoth rulebooks include army lists and further inspiration can be found at the Stronghold Rebuilt by Kaptain Kobold. Wayback Machine coughed up the second link. hordesofthethings.blogspot.com/web.archive.org/web/20100609192429/http://www.btinternet.com/~alan.catherine/wargames/listlist.htm

thanks sire, I'm reading this saga and the movements of the armies and the strategies they adopt are told by someone who knows his trade: the author has been a member of the society for creative anachronism for years. an attack on enemy baggage trains is also described. for this reason I thought that some wargames player might have already created lists inspired by the saga. but since I'm not here, I'll do them! I just have to get it right and I have to re-read the books.
