Has anyone done this one up?
Thanks to mwise doing up the spreadsheet, I got to easily look up the army with the most Hd / Ps.
Not including the General, who can be either 3Ax or 3Wbd, you can get 6x5Hd and 5xPs. That is amzaing, and looks like one interesting army to field.
Would love to do this one up!

I've got enough for both the a and b versions . What a good idea, and the troop types are not so elaborate that it would take ages to do... and more chariots to paint up is always a good thing in my book.

Yep, also got it with both Hd and Ax options.
Even took it to a tournament once (with the Ax option) and it beat a Theban twice and narrowly lost (3-4) to a Bosporan.

Late as usual;
I created (painted) three "Libyan" armies, originally the all 2Ps (plus one 3Wb) under 1.0; Great fun against (1.0) Ptolemaic Egyptians
Two were sold off on ebay years ago, one with Gladiator, one with Chariot miniatures;
I have enough leftover (painted) figures for 75% or so of another army before the 5Hd were specified in 3.0. And recall painting only two 3Bw for each army?
Now I need to think about painting up the hordes.
I'm thinking of creating (a) II/34 Attalid Pergamene army (Only Nine Psiloi allowed...) for grins.
May start a rules thread about handicapping armies for tournament scoring;

I made up the I/7b list a few years ago for a campaign set, then upgraded it to DBA3 standards soon after the purple book was released. I have used then at tournaments - both in 2.2 and 3 conditions.
When they last took the field under DBA3 it was with three of the Ps subbed out and replaced by Sea Peoples allies (1xHCh, 2x3Bd) and they won 5 games from 6. A similar performance on day 2 with the Konstantinian Byzantine gave me the overall win at Cancon 2019.
More recently I painted up I/17a - once again for a campaign set - completing them earlier this year. There should be pictures up of them in the DeBellis Antiquitatis Group on the Book of Face - around March 20th this year I think.
Cheers
