Long time i ever posted :-)
Battlefield P6 § 3 maximum 2 roads
P6 §5 all the possible features are road at the singular (without S)
so the maximum is 2 or 1 ?

Definitely a max of 2 Roads Goldenhord, as stated in page 6 paragraph 3.
As for the missing ‘s’ in the regional optional features …
…well…look at Marsh/Marshes.
English is awkward.
Without an ‘s’, it could give the impression that only 1 is allowed.
With an ‘s’, it could give the impression you must have 2 or more.
And an ‘a’ in front of the item could also give the impression of 1 only.
Basically, ignore the missing ‘s’ and just go by the limits in page 6 paragraph 3.

I saw /marsh/Marshes and i thought a typo with road without s, but 2 is fine !
