I finally have a knead to use green epoxy putty for modeling (bad pun intentional): I have some 15mm Irish bonnacht warriors with dodgy axe heads (missing or deformed).
Any suggestions, hints, clues or recommendations for working with green epoxy putty on such small volumes is appreciated. Web site or video references would be great, too.
No passports, licenses, or counterfiet money needed, thanks!

Unfortunately I did not see a qualification in epoxy putty modelling. If I had I would surely have purchased it and then been able to give you sound advice.
As it was I ran out of dosh after getting the Japanese Samurai Sword Makers Guild certificate. Sorry.

Citadel does a Liquid Green Stuff. If there is enough metal as a skeleton or if you add a little paper to bulk out the axe then this could give you the accuracy of application for 15mm.
Cheers

Good idea, Jim! I'm also considering plastic axe heads or aluminum foil as a base for epoxy. I could also buy dark ages axes from Donnington, but at 4 for £0.70 plus shipping from the UK...$10million! That is a lot of beer tokens! Citadel does a Liquid Green Stuff. What if the next 2 packs also have bad axe heads? Not using liquid green stuff, rather the 2 part putty or "Kneadatite". Plastic axe head glued on with CA sounds easier with every moment! Surely if you've bought figures that have parts missing or damaged the first step is to go back to the supplier with some photos?
That way you should get some proper figures and it may also help them sort out the casting issue.
