I've started work on the camp for my Pyrrhic forces. I'm using the Baueda Hellenistic camp and so far I've cleaned up the resin castings and assembled the pieces using a 140mmx50mm piece of 3mm MDF as the base. The Liquitex resin sand has been applied, allowed to dry overnight and a black primer has been applied. This morning over a cuppa of Yorkshire Tea I have applied a white drybrushed coat of white before starting the process of painting the abitas and gates.
Cheers,

The Baueda camps are great! I've also used the Roman fort to do Dark Age British camps and forts. So are you measuring the actual camp from the fortifications rather than the edge of the MDF? I say this as 4BW (16cm) is the maximum perimeter allowed, which works perfectly with the Baueda camps.
Cheers
Jim

Just keep Mr. Pyrrhus safely away from any Denizens on nearby rooftops. (Grins.)

I'm sure that an opponent won't mind if a slightly bigger camp is 10mm closer to them 😏. Cheers,
