Want to buy, “Armies of the Middle Ages, vol. 2” by Ian Heath. Amazon UK does have a copy, but will not or cannot ship to the Netherlands.
No clue as to why?

Caliver Books website says they have a copy (£30.00). I expect they would ship to the Netherlands.
