Hi;
I am almost certain that the horse is an Essex miniature, but I just cannot locate it on their site.
Would anyone have an idea?

I don't think that's an Essex horse. The metal base seems too big. Essex horses typically have razor-thin bases, a really annoying characteristic, by the way.

Took me less than five minutes to find the figure.
It sure looked like an Indian chariot horse to me, and after you mentioning that it is probably a minifig, off to the site I went, and found the product code: ZE7
