Has anyone used this book to make a DBA Campaign?

I've fought DBA/HOTT battles in a wargames campaign designed with this book as a source, but not a campaign dedicated to DBA/HOTT.

Paul, I bought the book recently and read through it. I wasn't familiar with Tony Bath's works, but I had heard of his Hyperion campaign, so I thought it might be interesting. He talks a lot about his campaign philosophy, and offers ideas on setting up a campaign modeled after Hyperion with great, great (did I say great?) detail. I don't think he left a stone unturned. He obviously is a wargamer's wargamer with an amazing and fertile imagination. I found it fascinating. However, most of it was way to complicated for my taste. I like a campaign ruleset to be complex enough to be interesting enough to want to keep using it, but not so detailed as to figure out how much fodder you need for your horses (as an example). But for those who are into extensive detail and record-keeping in a historically-based ancient campaign, Tony's ideas would probably satisfy your every wish. Regardless of your taste, it is a fascinating read from a man who is a giant in the hobby.

I found a lot of his book to be inspirational and guided me to setting up my own campaign rules. Between him and the books listed below, I have everything I need. Thanks for the replies guys! Chgowiz, I will have a look at the blog .I certainly want to do a Campaign. I think I will have to Keep it relatively simple otherwise I fear I will get bogged down with the paperwork! If I can use some ideas from the book I will be happy.
I found "Simple Camaigning" published by SoA also quite encouraging material regarding putting a Campaign together.
Cheers, Paul.
