The theme, according to Tony, is 'Fire to Ice'. Heaven only knows what that means ;-)

Quite an all star cast for the UK Which ones are the runners and which the riders? I can never remember what that means.

A rather motley crew if you ask me. Has the local constabulary been prepared? Have the local pubs received extra beer shipments?
These are important questions.

Joe Collins Two years ago, the local constabulary stepped in and the entire show had to be postponed, although it is an open question whether losing mild-mannered Martin Smith from the original list and replacing him with "Dangerous" Denis Grey made policing the event when it finally took place any easier. As for liquid sustenance, Newark has three micro breweries. It also stands on the river Trent, so, if necessary, extra supplies can be brought in by water from Burton-upon-Trent (proving that water does have its uses).

Just hoping that travelling by water is not going to be the only way to get there!
