Sorry I cant help. But I assume you are doing a 1066 campaign. I have assembled the forces for the same campaign but I use the paper figures that can be copied from the Hastings "Battle for Britain" book by Peter Dennis. 25mm scale and very effective.

Yes. I bought Nic Birt's excellent mini-board game 1066 complete with Lewis Chess piece markers for the campaign & already have the Norman's underway. I'm just so backed up with other armies that I thought I'd see if I could buy the other 2 already painted. Pipped at the post for the recent Anglo-Danish sale, I hope that I can find others out there sooner or later. If not, I'll have to roll up my sleeves & get on with it while ignoring my other 10 "urgent" projects...

j

Now you need the Welsh, the Scots and the French... Makes a great 6 player campaign! I have it in the files section of the old Yahoo group. Complete with map and counters!

Nic Birt's excellent mini-board game 1066 complete with Lewis Chess piece markers for the campaign j, could you tell me where you got this? Thanks. Bill Saw an article in Lone Warrior 205 which details the game. Contact Nic at visualpast@gmail.com Interesting rules with an A5 laminated campaign map, all the tokens you need & the Lewis Chess pieces for the forces. He posts from NewZealand & they cost me NZ$45 about £22.50 Quoted 10-14 days to deliver but they came quicker than that. Regards, j
