I've seen a lot of "can't make it" posts here. Who will be coming?

Hi all, I thought I wouldn't be able to make this, but now it looks like I might after all (though still not 100% sure - doh!). However, I don't have an appropriate army (I am trying to borrow Sassanids from a friend, but I'm not sure if that will be realised). Would anyone attending have a spare I could use? I don't mind what it is, it's taking part that counts :-) Hi Ivan, I will bring a box of stuff that can work for Sassanids, with as many options as I can find.

A Light Horse is a Light horse is a Light Horse, be they Khazar or Mongol or Numidian or whatever.

Thanks to both. I would love to come, but have just realised it is an afternoon start. How long does this last please? I have responsibilities (looking after the kids) in the evening, but I might be able to jig things around.
As for the armies, I apologise again. It is flaky not to have one when it's 12 elements, but I dod not know I could be free and didn't even buy the figures. The armies I have are mostly Book 2 (Classical to Helenistic) and 4. I could scrape something together, but it would end up being a real patchwork of armies - a bit of a sorry sight in my mind.

Looks like tomorrow is the last nice day before a spot of rainy weather, so outdoorsy familly activity has been brought forward. So, I can't make it, nor bring extra Sassanid stuff, Sorry Hamilcar. Have fun, it looks like a fun theme.

Thanks to both. I would love to come, but have just realised it is an afternoon start. How long does this last please? 5th round will end 5:25. Then there will be a final for the top 2 players which will take as long as necessary.

I'll bring spare armies for anybody who is struggling to field a force - LPIA, Armenians...

Many thanks for organizing, Bill. It was a good day. Not just the third place (although that helped).
