Greg, the Australian Tourism Board would NOT approve.....Cold? Rainy?? Nope, we non-Aussies will cling on to our perception that it’s all blue skies, barbies N beer, 25-30C every day and suntans are obligatory ...😎 Seriously though, looking forward to seeing the CWg, when conditions allow 👍 Martin, we all don't live on Ramsey St. or in Summer Bay 😏. Cheers, There are OTHER parts of Australia??!! Now I’m confused...

Yesterday I assembled the wagon for the Anglo-Normans' CWg. I was hoping to undercoat/prime it today. However, the weather is not being cooperative for spray painting, too wet and cold. Hopefully tomorrow. Cheers, Wahoo, it is dry and warm enough to spray paint outdoors the CWg! Tomorrow I'll start applying colour once the spray enamel has cured. And, I've also found a depiction of the Standard in a British Museum medieval manuscript. Bonus! Cheers, Today I completed the CWg. Tomorrow I'll commence basing the complete army using Tony Aguilar's basing method as demonstrated in his YouTube basing tutorial. Cheers,

I am cleaning and undercoating reinforcements for the two upland kingdoms of Aragon and Navarre. These are the caballeros villanos and javelin light horse.

So today I've layed down a coat of Liquitex resin sand on all 12 elements of the Anglo-Normans. Tomorrow I'll start applying colour, flocking and tufts. Cheers,

Caballeros villanos and light horse are done for the two Feudal Spanish commands. Grass will be added tomorrow and the completed elements will be stored.
A second order is processing with Donnington to bring more Feudal Spanish and shields. Still, no need to wait as there is plenty to paint up.

Three of the 6x7Hd for the Sassanid Persians now done and, for a quick change up, I'm painting up the 2 cataphract figures required, and rebasing the rest, to sort out the 3x4Kn elements needed before returning to the horde

I found myself trapped at work all of Saturday and then on Sunday afternoon thanks to Wf(X) there was conspiracy to commit gardening evolving into gardening occasioning actual bodily harm.
I managed to get the basing started on the elements finished last weekend and then took out the boneyarded figures from my Early Libyan (b list) and New Kingdom Egyptian (a list) having soaked them off their old bases (I used thick foamcore and flocked with sand only) that will someday become an a list Early Libyan and a b list New Kingdom Egyptian. I applied a new wash of black/brown to give some shading to the figures and stuck them to new magnetic bases.
Cheers

All right. I've been working diligently on my various 15mm armies and then... My order from Antediluvian Miniatures arrived today. 48 of the most beautiful Scots Common 28mm miniatures I've yet seen in 40+ years of mini collecting and painting. It is going to take a lot of willpower to not stop everything and start working on them.

Nice work with the cataphract. Other than the Essex figures, I do not recognize the other manufacturer either.

Three KN elements of the Essex MI93a for the Feudal Spanish 'b' list, with mail mittens they are a bit late for the 'a' list.
Also another element of what I believe are Mike's Models KN. Great helm and heater with crosses molded on for two of the figures, so probably will go Crusading. Have another three of the figures that may end up in an Order.
