Normans

Hi, just got my Salute order of figs for Donnington New Era III/52 Norman army & am very pleased with them.
I do, however have a some ommisions as I didn't see the right figures for a couple of element types & wondered if anyone had any suggestions on how to fill in the gaps.

1 x 7Hd servants, grooms or peasants

2 x 3Ax Sicilian Greeks

I'm assuming the Ax to be only used in Sicily & not on the Hastings orbat but I want to be complete with all my armies (before the lists change again...)

Also, I need shield transfers. Would the ones made for Essex figures be an adequate fit?

Lastly, am I reading the list right? (I suffer from Barkerese List Dyslexia, I'm afraid)

For the 3rd option I can have 3 x 3Kn (milites), 3 x 4Bd or 3 x any combination of the 2, right? 

For 6th option, I can have my 1 x archers as either 1 x 3Bw, 1 x Ps (with bow), 1 x 3 Cb, 1 x Ps (with crossbow) or 1 x 7Hd or 1 x Ps (Gascon javelins) or 1 x LH (Gascon javelins), is that right?
