Having just admonished someone on one of the Facebook groups who said he used a PDF version of v3, I felt I ought to apologize when he said it was one which Sue Laflin-Barker had posted in the Yahoo Group in 2016.
I can't find it on the Yahoo Group now - which isn't to say it isn't there somewhere - and don't remember it - which doesn't signify much either. Does anyone else remember seeing it? And, if so, does anyone know what became of it?

The only "free" version of DBA I have seen was one for 2.2 (after 3.0 was released) which the Barkers had provided for anyone's use but this only lasted a short time before it was removed by them. I am not aware of a DBA 3.0 version that was electronic which was uploaded either legally or illegally. The reason I got Sue's book on Kindle was so I could do word searches and rules look ups on the go.

That is the only one on the yahoogroup.
So, he is using a very out of date version... with no diagrams and probably no army lists.

That was a draft copy of the basic rule set available during the test phase. No army list, diagrams nor pages covering the big battle game were included.

The development group has many PDF copies of various versions of DBA 3.0 - some quite close to published version. Sue's reduced version is also available in PDF form and often the only "in print" version.

I have the PDF in question. It's the 3.0 rules (including Big Battle) but no diagrams or army list. I printed it and the FAQ. It is a handy extra set.
