Looks rather like the camp I posted a few months ago, except mine has a gate and is made to be able to be garrisoned rather than having one built in.
One hopes it would be OK.

Though its rather hard to comprehend, the DBA 3.0 Development team got stuck for sometime on the "temporary structure" Camp language. Reason suggested we just ignore it and allow people to use whatever model Camp they liked. But reason is not always the DBX way. To avoid having players more permanant looking Camps declared illegal, the dread Edifice rule was created so you could have a permanent looking Camp. It lead immediately to a big rule hole (people were placing huge "Edifice" terrain pieces, declaring them to be Camps then putting in Art to make a huge Art park). Got stuffed but more by GM/FAQ fiat than actually following the written rule (which seemed to allow).
If I'm running the tournament though fear not as I don't consider anything permanent in the eye's of the DBA Gods. If it fits it stays. But make sure opponent knows its just a lowly Camp.

I will do that.
This is going to be my first tournament, so I am pretty psyched.
I have been seeing the guys at CanGames setup for DBA 2+ for years, and now that they have jumped over to 3.0, I will get to participate!
I have only ever played the 3.0 version.
