Any idea when the theme will be decided, Simon? Good call - i will sort that out over the next few weeks. At the moment I am considering commemorating a thousand years since the battles of Cannae and Dyrrhachium and having a theme around Byzantines, Lombards and Bulgars and their enemies OR, as they seem to be rarely seen on the tabletop in the UK, having a theme of armies of the Americans - although the latter may not be as popular due to lack of people having the armies. Perfect excuse to get one ...? Comments and ideas welcome from those thinking of coming along in August. Simon |
