Wading through all the army lists looking for errors and inconsistencies gave me the inspiration for the following:-
IV/86 TEMPORAL ARMY 3000 BC – 1515 AD
This list covers the army of The Master, who has travelled back in time and collected the best forces from different periods so that he can change history for his own nefarious purposes. Some of these troops follow him out of fear, some follow because they grudgingly respect his seemingly supernatural powers, and others follow because they perceive him to be a god. The Command Post has a front rank of fanatically loyal Samurai to protect The Master and his grey cylindrical TARDIS, as well as his entourage of advisors and hostages from many different nations. As a CP is treated as solid blades, this can provide flank support to solid bows and spears. One 6Kn element is of Nikephorian Byzantines from list III/65 while the other 6Kn are Medieval Germans from list IV/13c. The 3Kn are Bavarians from list III/28. The Cm are Bedouins from list III/25a. The LH are Lithuanians from list IV/18. The 8Lb are English-Burgundians from list IV/85a while the 8Cb are Chinese from lists III/62a or Italians from lists IV/61. One of the 4Bd are Imperial Romans from list II/56 while the other 4Bd are Varangian Guardsmen from lists III/65 or IV/1. The El are Hephthalites from list II/80c, the 6Bd are Swiss from lists IV/41 or IV/79a, and the mobile tower WWg is Persian from list I/60. One of the 8Sp is Theban from list II/5c while the other 8Sp can either be the same or could be Lacedaemonians consisting of a front rank of Spartans with a rear rank of ordinary perioikoi hoplites. And as an exception to the usual Big Battle rules, subordinate commanders (who may themselves not actually be Burmese) can ride Burmese elephants from list III/9c even though their C-in-C does not.
Note that if The Master dies in battle he will re-generate, so will need to be repainted to look different.

IV/86 Temporal Army: 1 x General (CP or Burmese El if a BBDBA subordinate commander), 1 x Nikephorian (6Kn), 1 x German (6Kn), 1 x Bavarian (3Kn//4Bd), 1 x Bedouin (Cm//4Bd) or Lithuanian (LH//3Bw), 1 x Theben (8Sp), 1 x Lacedaemonian (8Sp), 1 x English (8Lb), 1 x Chinese/Italian (8Cb), 1 x Roman (4Bd), 1 x Varangian (4Bd), 1 x Hephthakite (El) or Swiss (6Bd) or cannons (Art) or Persian mobile tower (WWg).
Terrain Type: Littoral. Aggression: 4. Enemies: everyone. Allies: none.
