I've tried to move a number of my posts to a new thread by following the Help associated with the Forum. However, I've suffered a major failure. This is the advice offered under Help.
"To select specific posts to move from a thread, click on the Post Options icon next to a post, then select the Select Post option from the menu. Select Actions, followed by Moderate and then Move, then select Selected Posts. The following page will give you the option to move the posts into their own thread or to move them into an existing thread. You'll be prompted to choose where to place the new thread or to choose which thread you want the posts moved into.Once you've made your selections, select the Move Posts button to complete the post movement."I get as far as the Select Post option. However, when I go to the pull down associated with Actions, "Moderate and then Move, then select Selected Posts" are not available. So how can I successfully move posts to a new thread? I should mention that I view the Forum on my Android tablet. Cheers,

Sorry to ask, but are you a moderator for the forum?

Sorry to ask, but are you a moderator for the forum? No. I'm not a moderator. Cheers, I think that may be the problem - although I could be wrong. (I moderate one of the other boards.net forums, which lets me do various things other members of the forum cannot.) Possibly you need to ask Cromwell to do whatever it is you want done.

Thanks for that. I'll contact Cromwell and see if he can sort it out for me. Cheers,

I've finally got round to sending a message to Cromwell asking if he can facilitate the transfer of certain posts to a new thread.
Cheers,

As I haven't been able to transfer my recent posts on my Odds and Sods project I've decided to go with the other option of copying and pasting them to a new thread. I've not copied Paddy's comment or my response to the new thread.
Cheers,
