The marsh is finished. Watch your step! The ground is treacherous. I simply took a grass mat "heath", scratched holes into it, painted them black, brown and green and applied some aqua glue. In the background there is the ground of a wood still in the making. There's a small creek starting at a fountain on the left and running through it. The aqua glue is still wet and will be dry tomorrow. I hope it will have a fine light surface, because my son painted the bed sandy yellow and brown. He also decorated it with tiny rocks and stones. In order to give the creek the look of running deep in the ground I cut out its course out of a foam mat (Moosgummi), glued it on thin cardboard and then put the dark grass mat over it. Now my armies will never be thirsty when they stay in the woods.

All power to your invention, Brianboru. Great work.
Your wet "aqua glue" looks like wet PVA, or is it some clever idea from UHU that I have missed!?

This glue is called Modellwasser (model water) by Busch, not UHU. It looks like normal white glue and dries crystal clear, almost like glass. (Try http://www.busch-model.com)
