I'm unable to guess how one actually shows an image; anyone who can explain that to a dimwit would be appreciated.

I've got enough of X century. Have to start something different. SCREW TOP CAPS! What a good idea! Wish I had run across it earlier.

A very productive lunchtime painting session
My Nan Chao have their first 3 elements completed - 1x4Bw, 1xPs and 1x4Pk
My Khmer now join the ranks of the fully DBA3 compliant with 1x3Bd, 1x4Ax and 1x3Wb joining the Maiden Guard Cv to add to the full army.
Finally this morning I scraped the green flocking off an Art piece originally reserved for a DBA2.2 Sung army that is now surplus to requirements as the Northern Sung have only 1 Art. I repainted the bare base in a ground colour that will allow this Art piece to join the Hsi Hsia army as I start to bring this one up to code. Tonight it will get the flocking that I used for the Hsi Hsia and I will start to work on getting some old spearmen to become the "Foot Treaders" and mix up some halberdiers and swordsmen to string out the Bd.
Cheers

Well done, Tony. Great looking shields. Which Ostrogoth army are you building? The Early one (II/67) with all the Psiloi? Or the later one (III/3) with the Spears, Bows and Hordes?

I'm doing both, Paul. Right now III/3 is completely painted and I am finishing the basing. I have already started painting the four additional elements of Psiloi to make II/67.

Salutations, gentlefolk ! Well, ye Middle Imperial Romans approach the finish, a dozen figures need the final details with 10/0 brush, shields, basing, flocking - the finicity details requiring concentration. And you tell yourself "Let's FINISH one figure every day, THEN throw black paint into the recesses of the troops we just bought and deflashed and primed... Regardless, here is the first figure finished of an Early German army that will oppose them, who proclaims good hopes and wishes for Passover, Easter, or other spring festival of your choice. Here in New Jersey the cherry blossoms are blossoming, and the temperature supposed to hit 80F today - remember Cold Wars with the snow on the ground, 23 days ago Yours, John Attachments:

I'm currently recovering from a back injury and have hit the bordom stage and so started on some of my painting back-log.I managed a couple of hours and got a few colours on six elements of Swiss Bd while watching Medieval-Dead documentaries.😊

I decided to do a refurb on Mitch Harbach's recycled rubber hills which look like two stepped-on cow pies. Here is the before picture of Mitch's infamous DooDoo Hills. We always used these as Difficult Hills so I decided to fix them up as so.
