Back in June I won the matched pairs competition at MOAB (taking Ming and Yi Koreans to the party).
Part of my loot was a voucher for 50 pounds (sorry don't have the UK/Europe symbols on my antipodean keyboard) from Hinchliffe Models, part of Hinds Figures LTD.
I took myself to the website and discovered that one of the options available was painted 15mm figures - these are pre painted and based figures rated by standard (average/good/excellent) and pictures of the product can be viewed. They are made up of various brands of figure. Prices vary depending on quality and number of figures.
So I contacted Ian Hinds and asked about how I would go about redeeming the voucher and making up any gap in postage costs through his website.
Ian looked after me extremely well, giving a discount on the postage so that I didn't have to cough up any more GBP now that the exchange rate with the Ozzie$ is much less favourable.
He also went above and beyond the call when the parcel went to the wrong house in my street and he was contacted by the recipient, in a series of quick emails between the three of us he made sure the location was right and that the recipient was able to drop the figs off to me.
I had settled on some Slavs and Rus and they look great, I think they will make up the core of a Croatian army for one of my current campaign projects.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ian and recommend that Fanatici check out the site www.hincliffe.co.uk
Cheers

Folks,
I can only strongly support David's comments re Hinds Figures.
Many years ago I bought two large painted American Revolution armies from Ian. At the end of the process a final box of unpainted lead arrived. When I queried their inclusion, because they weren't painted and not part of our discussion and sale, Ian responded that they were part of the original consignment he had bought, and he was happy to send them to me as part of my purchase. He then declined my offer to at least pay the postage. In the end I received about 15% more figures than I had paid for.

I quoted the website on the voucher - it turns out that one redirects to the one you listed
