Hi Is there any evidence as to the origin of these troops in Henry VII's army?
The army list allows you to field them as French Pikemen or Voulgiers (Bd) but were they in fact mercenaries.
Sometimes there is some Historical evidence/documentation that supports the loan of troops under treaties and alliances...I hoping it may be so in this case?
