One of the worst things about lockdown is that Tony’s videos have dried up. I very much appreciate the painting videos but they are not quite like a game between Tony and Mitch or Luke.

Getting REAL close to burnout on the video scene.
As of yesterday, we now have had two conventions cancelled which we had done a lot of planning for and a lot of wasted effort. Add to that being overworked at the job. Add to that constant demands for more videos some from people with a lot less on their plate (it is never enough.) Add to that very discouraged that many frequent viewers and enjoyers of videos have not subscribed to channel despite my constant pleas (this will make uploading a lot easier one I get to the 1,000 mark and you get some priority- I am not interested in any monetization just to not take all day to upload these for your viewing) Add to that constant issues come up with the rules as they are terribly organized and not user friendly.
Enjoy the videos I have made for now. I do not intend of taking any of them down. There will be other videos at some point but hard to say when and what their subject matter is.
In other news, the Crown has allowed us to be able to meet one on one as of last week, so we are working on stuff but it isn't at the video stage.

Hi Tony Sorry to see your thoughts, but totally understand them. Your videos dragged me back into wargaming after over 10 years away. I thank you Sir. You are a real entertainer as well as enthusiast and have done a massive amount for the hobby, DBA in particular. We are all sick to the back teeth with the current situation and what it is doing to our lives, but hopefully some day normality will return and we can sit opposite each other and “play soldiers” again! Cheers mate Craig

Main thing Tony, keep getting together with chums, when allowed and get some enjoyable games in. Dont worry about us I will find another reason to wash.
Happy gaming

Hope things improve.

Hope things improve. Those are the funnest ones to do (they are short and are not torturous to edit/upload) - so definitely will have more of those.

Tony, I for one have thoroughly enjoyed your video output and have been championing your channel within my gaming orbit for some time. As well your live painting sessions have also been informative and entertaining. Perhaps the enforced break from gaming will whet your appetite when restrictions are finally lifted.
Cheers,

Tony, just found your videos last week and promptly subscribed to your channel. I have learned a quite a bit I didn't know about the game, and found some interesting items I needed (like the measuring sticks). I look forward to when you can get back to posting more videos, and hope real life eases up on you soon!

Posted the video involving two battles with Mitch's new Trojans. This is the new format will be using. It is bare bones and unedited which is the compromise I have made in order to keep the videos coming. As to why it is filmed in 1080p, shown on Facebook in 720p but only 360p on Youtube is anyone's guess. I suspect this won't be an issue when I can just stream live from the phone directly onto Youtube which will only be possible until I get 70 or so more subscribers.
