At least one in Waterlooville, plus another in Portchester, not far away. I'll give them both a nudge (I'm in Alton, 1/2 an hour north).

I haven’t been to that club and the next couple of Tuesdays are difficult for me. I’m happy to play whenever my diary permits, anywhere in the local area. If you are keen send me a personal message.

Solent Wargamers play in Fratton, Portsmouth - but I don't think they play anything you would be very interested in.

The historical stuff we play is Saga, DBMM, L'art de Guerre and DBA (Saga and DBA are the ones I play). I'm trying to push DBA and may have 4 players playing soon. I want to get to PAWS but Saturdays are not good for me.

Hello! I'm in Waterlooville and work in Portsmouth, and am also keen to help others play the game. We had a tournament in Portsmouth last Saturday with 2 brand new players coming along and doing significantly better than me. It's a game of luck, unless you're winning, in which case it's a game of skill.
Tuesdays aren't great for me, but I sometimes go to Waterlooville Tabletop Gamers on a Sunday evening. We could easily get a game or 3 in in an evening, if you fancied it.

From memory, Mark/ attilathenun has Alans, Sea Peoples, Early Polish, Granadines, Teutonics, Numidians, Samurai, Hoplite Greeks, Achaemenids and others, inc Successors 'on the go'. Probably others I've fergotten.... Colin the Hittite has a fair spread of nicely painted forces from early to late, with a soft spot for 'book III' armies. (Strangely enough, he DOES have Hittites.. .) I also have a few (....too many....) armies from early to late, with a liking for dark age /end of Rome stuff, and can put up a dodgy opponent for many enemies. I am very fond of my lead mountain, and like to keep it topped up, too..... Got a favoirite you particularly want to use? Particular era or geographical area spark your interest??

This Sunday I'm going to be heading down to Waterlooville, but I'll be playing Frostgrave. You're more than welcome to come along and see what else is on offer at the club, if you're interested - first night is always free. The Sunday after that is the DBA English Open in Portsmouth, so I might not be able to make it out to Waterlooville on the same day. The 5th of November might be another Frostgrave night, or it might not, I'm not in a position to decide these things! We could pencil in either the 5th (potentially) or the 12th of November for some DBA. How does that sound?
