Per the title wondering who made this mini, got it in with a 15mm UK Undead army that also included some Splintered Light Undead Dwarves and Lion Men - c1.staticflickr.com/5/4707/40428007872_72efee6382_b.jpgc1.staticflickr.com/5/4757/39760944864_5c88bb5171_h.jpgIf you look close at that left side there appear to be ribs showing, not sure if it is just the sculpting, or if it is supposed to be a zombie? Looking closely there appears to have been a saddle and presumably a rider or the option of having one - there is a bit of chain around the neck. Also these figures from another lot, not sure what they are or who made them. Look like either goblins or elves???, not really sure - The ebay lot these came with included a number of RPE figures from their Demonworld lien but are not from that. They also came with some female swordspersons in hot pants and halter top(!!!) that appear to be from the same source. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Warmaster Chaos Dragon with rider. The foot figures look like some old old Elves, a lot like some mixed fantasy figures I've seen before. If I were to take a punt, I'd say, maybe, Martian Metals.

That is obviously it. Thanks much. Hadn't thought to look at 10mm lines - it is a monster even when compared to 15s.
The way it is sculpted if you look closely at the right side there are some exposed ribs so it is going to end as a zombie in my HOTT Undead army which I presume is what the original owner intended as well. Will be modifying the paint scheme accordingly.
As to the foot, that makes sense as well, there are some men I got in the same lot that had a tag - MM Men of the City.
P.S. I had forgotten to take a picture of some undead/zombie wolves that I had gotten from another source to put up with these pictures for ID as well. Looking again at them I decided they might be 10mm instead of 15 and hit Pendraken to check out their lines. Not finding the wolves there I did a websearch for 10mm zombie wolves and got a hit on a blog where the poster was doing some other wolves but also showed the very wolves I was looking to ID in his photos. Low and behold they are Warmaster Vampire Counts Dire Wolves. Small world. Pity as I would like to get a few more and GW has discontinued them...
