...Warflag is down. All the flags there are lost. We need also the collection of paper Flags from the Fanaticus page... In these situations, the Wayback Machine can be very useful.

What a cool tool! But, what about making our own archive of flgs and banners? I usually make my own flags with Photoshop so I have a few of them and could be useful for someone.

I just went to www.warflag.com and all seemed fine. I also tried www.warflags.com and that went nowhere. I see no reason why the Wiki can't have a flags and banners section, as long as we are not pirating anyone's intellectual property rights. Some flags are public domain, others are free as long as you don't print and sell them, but some are copyrighted works for sale. Someone would need to moderate the it to make sure folks are only posting public domain flags?

Nice! You should try to get over to Pete Duckworth's Mercian Tournament next year where the theme is the Italian wars and so your landsknechts could have a good scrap!

...if a tournament is in England it is a problem...it is hard to travel by plane for any army... Why is it a problem? I've flown to New Zealand once and the USA twice, plus domestic many times without any issues. The figures were always part of my carry on luggage. Cheers, Greg
