Comrades; how are these elements classified in close combat? Foot or mounted? I can't find anything definitive in the rules. To me, mounted as I don't imagine them landing to fight on foot. Any thoughts?

They're aerials, and are fought against as 'non-foot' ie the opponent uses his factor against 'others', not his factor against foot.
