Nashcon once again hosted the Ron Seaney Memorial DBA 15mm Open.
Here is the outcome... 1st. Joe Collins- Late Imperial Romans East 2nd Tommy Thomas- Burgundian Ordonannce 3rd. Nathan Clariday- Imperial Roman 4th. Tom Thomas- HYW English 5th. Dave Crenshaw- Picts 6th. Joseph Collins- Polybian Roman 7th. Bill Banks- Achaemenid Persian 8th. Aaron Reff- Medieval German 9th. Spencer Cox- Carthaginian (2 Elephants) 10th. Michael Farrer- Alexandrian Macedonian
Great tournament with great games. Michael won the sportsmanship award... which consisted of a DBA 3.0 movement gauge designed and donated by the Society of Ancients... thanks guys for supporting Nashcon from across the pond.

Interesting list of armies. Where are the elephants in the podium placings? Number 9! I was initially worried about the elephants in DBA 3. Now I am not sure worried... while better than 2.2... they aren't the dominating force I feared. BTW... we saw a double elephant defeat from a flank attack. The flank elephant turned to face... and recoiled into the other elephant... an ugly turn for the Carthaginians. Joe Collins
