Rome vs. the Nabataean will be posted Tuesday. The series has reached the halfway mark.
Remaining still are the Sarmatae, Meroitic Kush, Parthia, Later Moorish, Nomad Arab and Ancient British.
The Jewish Revolt are on the list as well, but these will be used for the Siege of Jerusalem.
The Battle of Mortimer 1054 served as a fine example of how Jerusalem can be played.

Collision Course
At the blog you will find a brief report with photos of an encounter between Rome and the Late Judaean. dbagora.blogspot.com/2023/06/collision-course.htmlFrom my reading, I have the impression such encounters occurred frequently during the late medieval period. Before returning to the 15th century, completing the Roman Tour is a priority.

Finished cleaning, preparing three packs, mostly Maccabean and Successor auxilia, for the Jewish Revolt.
Jerusalem will be the finale of the Roman Tour and yet to be played; the Sarmatae, Meroitic Kush, Later Moorish, Parthia and the British.

Ancient British (Blue Moon) arrived.
But still painting the Jewish Revolt figures. The pace is slow, but steady and hopefully will be completed by the end of the week.

Rome vs. ParthiaTest games against Parthia are posted to the blog. Rome’s percentage of wins remains unchanged. Based on experience, the win ratio would be much higher when played with twenty-four elements, in place of twelve. dbagora.blogspot.com/2023/06/roman-tour-parthia.html

Figures for the Jewish Revolt are done.
Varnish tonight, basing Monday, I should have 36 elements for the two commands.

Two commands of Jewish Revolt are fixed to their bases.
Exchanging figures to reach a variety of poses for each base, I noted the many plumed helmets among the 3Ax. Before gluing,
I decided regulars should retain their plumes and proceeded to clip, file and repaint the helmets of the non-regular auxiliaries (3Ax). Much improved. Texturing will be done later this week.
Tomorrow, we play late medieval ( a disagreement among princes) using the collision course variant.

I haven't visited this site much lately, but I have to say that your game aesthetics are extremely attractive (i.e. painting style, basing, visually compatible terrain, and all consistent with each other).

Mark, Thank you for the kind words. Like the DBA collection, the terrain has been through a number of upgrades. Always looking for ways to improve the terrain.
