I am hoping so - I would hate to see the Fanaticus community die off.

Seems to be working! I am a new face to DBA, so the legendary community is very valuable.

Glad to be a part of it. We definitely need a place where we can make posts/discussions/have a sense of community.

Great work on creating the new forum so quickly and efficiently! I think that the idea of a Wiki as a part of the forum is excellent. A large amount of the data from the existing Fanaticus Resources pages could be imported to the Wiki format fairly easily (Chris permitting, of course).
If there's anything I can do to help, just let me know.

How do we see the Dba Wiki bit working? Go to the Home page, and there is a link to the Wiki there. And whee, long live Fanaticus!

By the way, to add to the Wiki, you can click the "Contribute" button on the top right of the page. Furthest from the right of the "community tab". It gives a list of options.
I love the Wiki option by the way. Wiki formats tend to be highly organized and see more activity in my experience. a

Thanks Simon

We should encourage those on the original site to start moving across so we can really have this forum going before the original shuts down.

Simon,
I think we need to set up categories first. I made a test page and it seems to just be slapped on the Wiki. I believe Obadiah is the wonderful creator of this all. Maybe he knows how to add categories? Seeing how the Wiki is a living element, I will mess around with it and figure out how to edit more with it.
