Alton DBA update
Greetings all. With Alton DBA just a couple of weeks away, here’s a few reminders…
1. PACKED LUNCH is essential. The new venue is far from any shops, and lunch break is VERY short, to maximise game time.
2. POSTCODE to arrive at Chawton Village Hall - Please use GU34 1SB, The GREYFRIAR PUB, then proceed 100 paces northeast …ie, looking at the pub, go LEFT up the road to the venue. The published postcode for the hall will lead you astray. Free parking at the venue
3. Bring your ARMY**, a written LIST for your opponent to use including terrain choice, aggression and topography, a CAMP, your FIXED LEGAL TERRAIN CHOICE items and the usual rules, dice, rulers etc. 2ft boards will be provided
4. Arrive 09:30-0950*. We hope to start ASAP after 10:00. Finish time will be around 16:45. +/-.
5. Arrival by PUBLIC TRANSPORT. Contact me if you plan to arrive by train, and provide a mobile phone number. Mark S. has volunteered to collect players from the Alton Railway Station (+ one player from the Alton House Hotel).
6. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
7. Any ‘on the day’ travel issues, contact me on 07981 221687.

Plenty of easy kills for the Bw in other words. 🙈 Not necessarily , take the II/39c Lusitanian for example , Gen Cv , 1 Lh , 5 Ps , 1 3Bd , 1 3Ax , 3 4Bd (allies) , so it is possible to make harder for the Bw to get any kills .  |
