I've gone with the d option using Baueda figures. It's in the to paint pile.

I have the Viking b army with additional Bw elements to field a version of the c list, but had not considered using the Finns.Do you use the full 6 boendr as 3 Aux or a mix of 4Bd and 3 Aux? After watching a recent set of documentaries on Anglo-Saxon Britain I was thinking of adding Norse Irish allies to add some Aux to the army. This would bring in possibly 2x4Aux plus 1x3Aux or 1x4Aux and 2x3Aux and represent a Viking army around the time of the Battle of Corbridge (914-918AD).

...i did never try but the idea is to use 3/40c as Wagrian pirates from Schleswig-Holstein against 3/40a Viking... The list does look interesting and I like using 3Aux as have some Griffons to do the terrain work for my Normans.I like the idea of swapping out Bd for Aux in the c list as having fast moving troops combined with low aggression and littorial landing does have exploitable oppertunities, but I don't think I would take all 6 elements as 3Aux.
