My lists are in - going old-school back to some of my first armies. Early Imperial Roman for day 1, and Papal Italian for day 2. Did Lady Battledamage end up registering? Cheers,

Unfortunately not - not quite enough interest to get her to commit to a two day event. The campaign of gentle persuasion continues.

I bypass the problem of having a Kn general pursuing into his own death by taking the Litter instead - that guy don't go nowhere for nobody.

The Canberra Games Society have informed me that registrations for CanCon 2023 will close at midnight on 14 January. If you're still considering playing DBA at CanCon but have yet to enter, please do so before then - and send in your army lists.

Folks,
The initial cut of the 24 Riders and Runners for CanCon (January 21 & 22) is below. In alphabetical order, apologies for the formatting (or lack thereof). Things may change - awaiting confirmation of final numbers and unforeseen circumstances on the weekend itself. And all army lists have been received and checked - many thanks!

Excellent numbers Peter three weeks out from CANCON. My armies and terrain are already packed, clothes can wait until the day before I set off 😉. Cheers, Greg,
I believe I write on behalf of all DBA players when I urge you to pack clothes and wear them while at CanCon.
Spitzicles
Peter, you'll be happy to know that clothing has been packed, ready for the start of the roadtrip tomorrow. Cheers,

An outstanding weekend of gaming thanks to Peter's organisational skills and David's meticulous score keeping. And thanks to my opponents for 12 challenging games. On to "A Knight to Remember" in March.
Cheers,
