Besides watching the youtube channel "The Great War", which is a week by week account of World War I: The Great WarI am about to watch "The Good Son", which is a short (35 minutes), film using miniatures! Based on the book "The Good Son A Story from the First World War, Told in Miniature". A story about a French soldier during World War I that decides to go home to see his family, without permission: "It is Christmastime, 1914, and World War I rages. A young French soldier named Pierre who had quietly left his regiment to visit his family for two days is imprisoned when he returns." Looks good! What are other people watching?

Looking forward to seeing The Last Duel when it is released in the cinemas later this month, and The Green Knight, but not sure when that'll be released here in Australia. Also, The Forgotten Battle, about to be released on Netflix.
Cheers,

Yes, Kings and Generals is a great channel. I also watch Epimetheus and History with Cy for additional youtube history. And if you are so inclined, watching History with Cy can be a good drinking game... every time he says "however", take a swig... would be pretty buzzed very quickly

Also, The Forgotten Battle, about to be released on Netflix. Cheers, I watched The Forgotten Battle over the weekend on Netflix. The movie deals with the battle for the Scheldt, seen through the eyes of a British glider pilot, a Dutchman fighting for the Wehrmacht and a reluctant recruit to the Dutch resistance. Well worth viewing. The release date for The Green Knight on Amazon Prime in Australia is 28/10. Cheers,

Indeed, a fascinating battle; Austrian columns shredded by the Prussian needle gun. There was little mention of the cavalry charges during the battle.
