Surely this isnโt a sign that youโre giving up on the mighty 3Wb, the ultimate tournament winner ๐คฃ??!! p.

How do you know Iโm mocking them...? Tony Aguilar believes them to be the dog troop of 3.0, but Iโm not so sure ๐๐ P

Thanks Martin.
Paul certainly not. The Gauls are the surplus to requirement part of a large DBM army.
Don't tend to use fast Wb much. I'm happy with the fast Ax and Ps of the tournament winning Libyans!
Though I did use fast Wb with my Tuareg army at the last Tarrington tourney and they won a prize, (worst performing army!)

I must admit I liked the double move Wb could do to get into combat under 2.2.
Did they also used to get supporting ranks in bad going?
I seem to remember sitting the other side of a difficult hill more than one move away with 3 columns of double ranked warband, but then throwing 6 on the PIP die and double moving all three columns up and over the hill and into the enemy, who thought they were going to get to the crest first. Dead lucky but memorable.
