Just posting a pic, after kaiphranos mentioned wanting to take a look at some of my 1/72 plastic figures:
You will notice right away, that there are no washes, dry brushing, highlights, you name it. I don't know if it was due to me having to paint so many Napoleonic figures back in the day, but I only have done washes and all that with my 28mm fantasy skirmish figures, and everybody else gets done like I am painting plastic toys
I still feel sorry for that Persian General... all alone on that modified Celtic chariot... I was so eager to get a DBA army done, and did not have a proper Persian chariot, so went with that.
I still remember painting those Assyrian looking cavalry... super happy I was painting Assyrians!
When I finally received true Assyrian 1/72 figures, I did not finish the army up, as I moved to 15mm, but I hope to get back to the old 1/72's at some point.
