Hi all.
I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that the majority of wargamers are 'gentlemen of a certain age'. With that in mind, and given recent events in my own life, I thought it may be useful to post this link here recording my own experience of having prostate cancer. If you know of anyone who is having to cope with this disease, and especially if they have been diagnosed recently, please pass the link to either them or their family. If it helps even one person get through it will have served its purpose.
Thank you.

Hi Sonic, I had my prostate removed 18 months ago and so far I've been cancer free. I was fortunate to not have any form of follow-up therapy. And yes, I am constantly urging my contemporaries to regularly have their PSA readings checked. Cheers

Very sound advice. So far I am clear but I lost a friend to this cancer and my brother in law has had dreadful problems.
Thanks for posting.
