Hello
I have RMA63 Republican Roman / Gallic Conquest a ready made army from Essex Miniatures. As I was researching, I found that this set is compiled to build DBA2.2/2/49 Marian Roman 105-25BC.
I have a few questions.
Is there any other army I can build with RMA63?
Can I build a DBMM army with this? If so, whats army list look like?
Can I build a FOG army with this? If so what would THIS army look like?
I realise that I may have to add on to get the army to DBA 3.0 but would love your thoughts on the above.

It has been a bit since I purchased one of Essex's Ready Made Armies but from memory, you should have enough for more than a DBA army but it is woefully short of enough figures for a complete FOG army. You will get enough figures to build 3 8 stand battlegroups of Legionaires, a 4 stand battlegroup of Thracian light horse and one mounted and two foot command stands for generals. You will be short 4 cavalry for a 4 stand battle group of Spanish Cavalry and at least 2 figures for a 6 stand battle group of slingers. You need at least 18 Spanish Scutarii for a 6 stand battlegroup of Scutarii (mounted 3 per base) and you only get 16. So while you will get a start for a FOG army you will need additional packs of figures to complete the battle groups the RMA will let you start. You have enough legionnaires and would need only the 4 figures of Spanish Cavalry to field a FOG 300 army to get you started as you build your forces. FOG 300 is a fast play introductory set for FOG. You can find details here: bloodsandsteel.blogspot.com/p/fog-300.htmlI never played DBMM or DBA 3.0 so I cannot advise you on those rules systems.

Salutations, Wolfisin !
If no one else volunteers, give me a few days and I should be able to scan the DBMM Marian Roman list and zap it to you. You'll have to send me your email address, if you can send attachments thru ProBoards, I haven't figured it out.
