I recently put together a video of me assembling a Han Chinese Command Chariot. Would love some feedback as I am wondering if I should do more of these kinds of videos www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZki4lEizRI

Interesting.
That is one of the 'fiddlier' chariots to put together,' although also one of the more historically correct. Pity they don't have the umbrella. I have some spares from the Chariot chariots (non-command) that I put together that I may add for my next command chariot.
I do epoxy, so found it better to do the wheels (also shortened the axles a bit) and yoke prior to adding the crew. I also dropped the archer from the general's chariot due to crowding.
Considering that you were doing it 'real time,' it went well though.
By the way, a bit of baking soda with the super glue speeds the cure and and adds strength to the bond.
