You find a report here, but it is in german. But maybe you like the pictures.

That was awesome! It's what campaign wargaming should be!
Google translate did quite a reasonable job so I got to follow the events of the campaign. So confusing but in a good way. So like the wars of the Greeks we read in the books.
What campaign rules did you use? If they are your own and you ever have an English translation please post it on the Wiki. Heck, I'd love just to have the map and the counters!
Cheers
Jim

Yes, it was confusing for me too. Playing the Persians, overseeing the campaign rules and making notes was a bit much. So i sometimes missed things. The whole war in northern greek didnt really get my attention. But some players also acted confused, supporting one side in one year and the other side in the next. Like chaniging opinions in the people's assembly. I only have the rules in german, sorry. They are based on the campaign rules in DBA 2.2, but slightly changed. And we also have special rules to reflect the historic time. And we also use event cards, that give the weaker players something special. This time we had a preround to give a special start and to have already some alied players. And the whole ally/federation thing, that is so typical for ancient greece, was made stronger. If you write me your email as PN i could send you map and counters. (But the counters were taken from a jpg somewhere in the web.)
