Just come across this on the Khurasan website having fallen foul of it earlier:
“Please note that our rates had to go up on January 19, 2016, due to a substantial increase in international shipping rates by the USPS (the rates are only a dollar higher than those we set in 2013, but the kicker was that they entirely deleted the lowest price bracket so we had to as well, unfortunately):
From $0.01 to $24.99 is $14.00 From $25.00 to $56.00 is $24.00 From $56.01 to $86.00 is $26.00 From $86.01 to $200.00 is $30.00 $200.01 and up is $34.00”
Thought I’d share.

Wrap it all in a single big order, it seems to say.

Wrap it all in a single big order, it seems to say. Then you stand a chance of getting a big customs charge in the UK .

Yes - the old $28 orders never attracted tax and the postage was reasonable. However, now the postage is $10 more then larger orders are sensible but will attract 20% tax and win you a trip to the Post Office. Shame because they do nice toys and some unique ranges.
