Like lots of others I have far too many projects on the go at the moment. So I did the obvious thing: I started the above but as a mini-project that I could complete in less than a week and utilise some spares from my lead pile. The intention is to sell them via eBay or other route(s) at £12 each plus postage.
Anyway I've just finished painting them and I'm currently waiting for the paint to dry before I varnish them. I have stuck everything to 40 by 40 mm MDF bases but I haven't started the groundwork.
What I wanted to ask was "should I base them" or would people prefer to do their own basing so the elements blend in with existing armies?

My inclination would be to leave the bases unfinished but offer the option of finishing them if a buyer wished.
As I recall Alex Kalinin operates in that manner.

If I were buying any of the elements I would prefer to flock the bases myself to blend in with my basing scheme.
Cheers,

Crew are a mix of Essex & Donnington. The guns are from Kallistra.
